I did not compile this, I got if from a friend who had his friend do the research, but its quite damning.
-Paid a $25 million settlement in a class action law suit brought for defrauding students at Trump University
-Admitted to the IRS that the Donald J Trump Foundation committed acts of self-dealing in 2015
-The Federal Election Commission found over 1000 violations in fundraising totaling over $1.3 million
-The Wall Street Journal reported that Donald Trump, Jr., Trump's son, met with Russian diplomats, government officials and businessmen in Paris in September 2016 (yes, that was during the campaign).
-Trump is dismissing calls to place his business and financial holdings in a blind trust which has been the precedent used by every past modern president. He says, "The president can't have a conflict of interest" (ethics experts across the politcal spectrum disagree). This is to ensure that any decision made, foreign or domestic, by a sitting president is done in the best interest of all Americans and not for personal gain of self-enrichment.
-Trump has refused to release his tax returns or to provide full financial disclosure. The American public at the very least needs to know exactly what and where his financial holdings and debts are.
-Trump has already crossed ethical lines by discussing personal business in conversations with foreign diplomats- with Argentina (allegedly), Great Britain and Turkey. In some countries (Argentina and Georgia) long stalled projects have picked up steam since election day.
-Trump has included his children in meetings and conversations with foreign diplomats even though he his claiming that if he does set up a blind trust that his children will run it.
-Trump owes hundreds of millions of dollars to state run Chinese Banks.
-Trump owes hundreds of millions of dollars to Deutchbank which is currently under federal investigation.
-Trump plans to profit from his tax payer funded security detail by renting out space in his luxury towers to the US Secret Service while protecting his wife and son who are not moving into the White House which could cost up to $3 million a year.
-Days after his election Trump filed a law suit in DC to reduce the tax cost of the newly built Trump Hotel which he leases from the government. He wants to reduce the assessment which is currently $91 million to $28 million.
-He has encouraged and profited from foreign dignitaries staying in his DC hotel.
-Trump currently has at least 75 open law suits against him or his businesses.
-Trump owns stock in Energy Transfer Partners, which is the company building the disputed Dakota Access oil pipeline.
Any one of these should have sunk his political ambitions, or warranted a congressional investigation. Of course, none of that will happen, and this thoroughly immoral and unqualified buffoon will be the President in a couple of months.
