Willful Ignorance? Or Just Plain Stupid?

Keith Rothfus can't get simple facts right, and by repeating the lie, reinforces the falsehood.

Obviously, Rothfus didn't get where he did in the private sector by being stupid, which means he either foolishly confirmed his ignorance by writing a screed without bothering to check the facts first or, he's just flat out lying.

What was the first thing newly minted wingnut congresscritter Keith Rothfus did in Washington?

He voted against disaster relief for the East Coast.

Perhaps Rothfus should consider that his district contains the city of Johnstown, which knows a little bit about both natural and man made disasters?  Of course, in this highly gerrymandered district, I wonder if Rothfus even knows where Johnstown is?
